Parma Street at County Road 110 will be closed beginning Tuesday, January 16, 2018, for 21 days, weather permitting. Williamson County's contractor Chasco Constructors will close the street for intersection reconstruction which is part of the C.R. 110 South improvement project. The detour shows access via Mozart Lane. Message boards advising the public of the closure will be placed in advance of the closure. We apologize for any inconvenience this causes our residents. Williamson County’s contractor Cox Commercial is scheduled to set up various temporary lane closures on Oaklands Drive for the purpose of installing storm sewer pipe across the southbound lanes.  The work is located approximately 100 feet north of RM 620.  The work will take place Tuesday, December 19, and Wednesday, December 20, between the hours of 9 a.m. and 4 p.m.  One lane of traffic will be maintained in each direction and access to all driveways and side streets will be maintained at all times.  This work will only occur as weather permits.  Minor delays can be expected. We appreciate your patience and apologize for any inconvenience this causes the traveling public.

TxDOT has closed the I-35 southbound exit ramp to FM 3406 (Old Settlers Blvd) until March 2018 (weather permitting). Use the southbound RM 1431 exit ramp and use the bypass lane to reach FM 3406.

Beginning Friday morning, Oct. 27, 2017, TxDOT will close the FM 3406 bridge for widening and reconstruction for approximately 10 months, weather permitting. Drivers heading westbound will detour to the newly constructed FM 3406 U-turn bridge to cross I-35. Drivers on eastbound FM 3406 will detour to the southbound frontage road and use the U-turn at US 79. For more details, click

Williamson County is hosting public open houses to share information and collect input on several corridors proposed for study. The open houses are from 5 to 7:30 p.m. The meetings are an open house format, allowing attendees to come and go at their convenience. There will be no alignments shown at these meetings. The purpose of the open houses is to receive input from the public and identify constraints. We will be using the information you provide at this open house to design the future alignment, so your input is invaluable. Information on the open houses can be found here.
